So the 'Arty IYAC'ers' got together and decided to make a mural! It was time to get those creative juices flowing... and we had a helping hand from two very talented 'Local London Artists' who came prepared with loads of equipment and funky ideas.
We spent 3 sessions together over 1 day... but actually ended up working through stopping only to eat! It was brilliant. Twelve of us from aournd the globe dedcided on a pro-active piece rather than a reflective piece. We created a collage with the aim of showing our aspirations for 'online saftey and security'.
After a 45 minnute brainstorning session, we got stuck in with paper, paints, glue, hardware, wires and more.....
The end result was hands of children and adults protecting the world as one. The items that pose a risk float in cyber space on the out side of this world. We incorperated a poem to share some of our feelings and thoughts. Everyone worked on a individual part of the mural but had an overall scope of the bigger picture.
